The culture in a company is everything and good customer loyalty starts with great employee loyalty.  Zappos has been on my radar for a while and though I don’t know much about them (apart from shoes and Amazon’s acquisition) Tony Hsieh is now high up there on my study list.He spooke at Google a few weeks ago.  It’s 55 minutes of great talk, ideas and stuff.  Loved it.
